Tiffany joined the Department of Student Activities in 2023 as the Assistant Director for Leadership and Organizational Development. She currently is the interim Director for Leadership and Organizational Development.

Emma Krueger is a first-year graduate student in the Master’s/Sixth-Year program in School Psychology at the Neag School of Education. In addition to her studies, she serves as a graduate assistant in the Department of Leadership and Organizational Development, where she manages the Leadership Legacy Experience and the Cohen Student Leadership Scholarship. Emma earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology, with a minor in Statistics and a Scholar’s Citation in Public Leadership, from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2022. Before starting graduate school, she taught leadership and social-emotional skills in outdoor settings across New York and California. Emma is passionate about youth mental health, climate activism, and education.
